Equipment
Firstly, I've decided that I am going to use the photography studio for my photo shoot which will include using a 6D Canon SLR, studio lighting and a white back drop. My choice of equipment will make sure that I can the best quality photo and also represent my target audience. My equipment will allow me to take professional photographs which will also represent the purpose and genre of my magazine. To get the best lighting for my photographs, I will adjust the camera's shutter speed and aperture to work with the soft box lighting. To create high standard lighting for my images, I will also use a remote flash. After taking the photographs, I will use Photoshop on the Mac's and my Art Master III graphics board to add any final touches to my photos.
Model choice
I then decided on my model. I have chosen someone who will represent my genre of magazine and target audience. My models appearance is interesting and I haven chosen her particularly because of her hair colour and age. I feel that this will help me to represent my target audience as my target audience will be able to relate to her and want to be like her.
Costume list
I have chosen the following as part of my costume list:
- Make up: foundation, concealer, pink lip stain and pink lip gloss, pink blusher, silver, grey and black eyeshadow, mascara, eye brow pencil
- Hair: hair bands, hair grips, bow
- Clothes: black print jumper, black leggings
